Provide a custom notification (optional)

For interaction with the user in Salesforce the BSM uses custom notifications. Proceed as follows setup such a custom notification:

  1. Go to Setup - Notification Builder - Custom Notifications
  2. Click the "New" button
  3. Define a name e.g. "AEB_Business_Service_Management".
  4. Define the api name e.g. "AEB_BUSINESS_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT".
  5. Enable the check boxes for the desired channels. At least "Desktop" is required.

What AEB needs from you: AEB Needs the name of the custom notification you have created.
