Provide Events

The BSM reacts to updates of Salesforce objects. Two kind of update information are supported:

• Use of standard change events (called Data caputure)
• Use of platform events (these have to be triggered either by flows or code)

To activate the standard change events go to Setup - Integrations - Change data capture.
Select the entities that you want to generate change event notifications. These events can be used to trigger subsequent processes at the BSM.
